    WALL ACTIVITIES
Physical Well-Being Going to the gym 3-4 times per week
Family Well-Being Having dinner and watching a movie together most evenings
Spiritual Well-Being I've never known how to take care of myself spiritually but I tried something new this year which was writing my thoughts and feelings down. I was never a big fan of such thing and I don't even know if it actually helped me. Not 100% sure how I feel about journaling. Though, I'm guessing there is another way to take care of myself spiritually. I just need to find it.
Emotional and Mental Well-Being Isolating myself in my room or a space where it's just me and my headphones and music. I also like to do arts and crafts which surprisingly has helped me calm down and relax.
Whenua Few times a year whenever I get the chance. I take myself far away somewhere like on a long road trip (I enjoy road trips a lot but hardly ever get to do it) I go somewhere peaceful and quiet and with less people around with no noise. Somwhere I can actually hear my inner thoughts and to feel connected to nature and myself. It helps me forget my stresses and worries for a moment. This also helps me to clear my head.

    Updated Wellbeing Plan (During Bootcamp)

    WALL UPDATED REALITY
Physical Well-Being • I paused gym during bootcamp because my mental and emotional wellbeing needed more focus
    • I discovered a new physical hobby: batting cagses, which supports both movement and fun
    • My focus now is more gentle care: trying to eat properly, stetching, and resting when I'm overwhelmed
Family Well-Being • I learned I needed a lot of alone time to recharge
    • I still connect with family but with healthier boundaries
    • Weekends with my partner are quality time and help sustain my wellbeing
Spiritual Well-Being • Discovered journaling helps me feel lighter and grounded
    • I journal to celebrate small wins and express gratitude
    • Still exploring what spiritually means to me; being open is my progress
Emotional and Mental Well-Being • Arts and crafts remain one of my most helpful wellbeing tools
    • Music + solo time help me regulate emotions
    • Did a couple of therapy sessions; big step for self understanding
    • I use task lists and checkmarks to reduce stress and take control of my day
Whenua • Didn't get as many roadtrips as I hoped
    • I practice grounding during smaller moments; quiet weekends and actually became good at grounding myself without needing a long roadtrip or running away to find a different quiet place

    Key Wellbeing Learnings During Bootcamp

    • My wellbeing isn't fixed; it evolves with what I need in the moment
    • Creative hobbies aren't a distraction; they are healing
    • Alone time is healthy for me
    • Slow progress is still progress
    • I don't need to be perfect to be proud of myself

    Wellbeing Moving Forward

    • Use creative breaks intentionally as a reset then return to work
    • Ask for help earlier instead of struggling in silence
    • Keep exploring physical activities I enjoy (batting cages, walks, gym; when I'm ready)
    • Maintain journaling as a spiritual and emotional tool
